Can we install our own application on the control panel?
Yes. Our open Android and Linux platforms are designed for customer-developed applications. Your team can retain control of the APP, UI and ecosystem logic, while Smatek provides the hardware platform, system foundation and integration support.
Please introduce more on OEM/ODM options?
Smatek prepare safety stocks for high demand panels in existing standard default spec.s and open android firmware, no MOQ limits, buyer can order either standard samples or minor customized samples to debug and program their applications. MOQ required depends on OEM/ODM complexity level.
Can hardware ports and wireless modules be customized?
Yes. Depending on the selected platform and project scope, we can evaluate adjustments to PoE, DC, AC power, Ethernet, RS485, UART, GPIO and other interfaces, as well as the integration of customer-specified wireless modules.
Can the product appearance and mechanical structure be customized?
Yes. With extensive experience from 100+ smart building automation projects for Fortune 500 and listed companies, we develop customized PCBAs, ports, housings applied to different smart senarios like residentials, apartments, villas, commercial buildings, offices, hotels, RVs, camper vans etc.
Can Smatek support certification and compliance requirements?
Yes. For standard products, CE EMC LVD, EU Declaration of Conformity available. For customized products, CE, ROHS, REACH, WEEE, FCC, UL experienced. Final certification requirements depend on the buyer. Testing can be coordinated either by Smatek or by the buyer.
